Job Description
As a Customer Care Agent on the Junk King team, a typical day for you will include: Customer Issue Resolution by resolving escalated customer concerns regarding property damage, pricing, delivery, and other issues. Franchise Support by providing comprehensive support to franchisees, including schedule management, call recording review, and general inquiries. You will drive Process Improvement by analyzing customer interaction trends to identify opportunities for streamlining processes and enhancing customer experience. You will be responsible for Data Management to maintain accurate and timely zip code information within company systems. Must have flexibility to work evenings and on Sundays.
