We're looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team and work with one of our inspiring US clients, which specializes in software and solutions for shipping, mailing, and logistics management. Its mission is to help businesses optimize the entire shipping process, from label generation and carrier integration to returns management and international deliveries. Minimum of 6 years of experience in an enterprise-scale environment as a Salesforce Administrator is expected. Ownership of tasks and drive it forward independently and excellent communicator with a proactive & flexible mindset are expected.
Day-to-day BAU ticket handling, customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet specific business needs, identifying and troubleshooting issues,and managing user access are responsibilities in this role.
