What You'll Do:

Manage job postings across multiple platforms and keep our applicant tracking system up to date.
Draft outreach messages and job descriptions tailored to the cleared talent market.
Help build relationships with cleared professionals for future pipeline opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (required).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write a message that gets a response.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and comfort in a fast-paced, shifting environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

$40,000 base salary with a 9% 401(k) contribution.
4 weeks PTO plus 11 federal holidays and full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
