Director of Sales

We are looking for a Director of Sales to lead the growth of the Trexo Home Devices business in Canada, with expansion opportunities into global markets. You will establish the sales foundation, define strategy, and drive execution to accelerate adoption of our life-changing mobility technology. You will lead and mentor a small, high-performing sales team while remaining actively engaged in key customer and partner relationships. You will create and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth in Canada. You will design and implement a comprehensive sales playbook and performance metrics to optimize funnel management and conversion. This requires 7+ years of progressive experience in sales or business development, preferably in medical devices or assistive technology.
