Role:
- Deliver outcomes of assigned projects as an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist.
- Work independently, set priorities, and own key technology decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance complex systems and processes, advocating for end users through user-centered design methodologies.
- Provide technical documentation, support operations, and execute problem management and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate service and product lifecycle, technical blueprint reviews, and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field with relevant experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, NetWeaver, HANA, Oracle, ASE, SQL Server, and cloud environments.
- Up to 20% domestic travel to customer sites for implementation and maintenance.
