Support communication – draft and organize internal/external correspondence, presentations, and documentation. Enable strategic focus – anticipate needs, flag deadlines, and ensure the CEO’s time aligns with company priorities. Support company operations – assist with onboarding, vendor coordination, HR administration, and expense tracking. Support team-wide initiatives – help organize offsites, board meetings, and team events alongside the Operations team. Maintain confidentiality – handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
