Job Description
As an Internal Sales Representative (ISR), you will support our field sales team in delivering best-in-class service to our customers. This role serves as the critical operational link between our account managers, FAEs, distribution partners, and end customers in support of the Lead-to-Order Process.
Inside Sales Representative is a commission-based role with focus on assigned customers for all account management and customer service functions including, opportunity management, revenue forecast, order management, and communications.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships with the field sales team, providing back-office support to the Sales and FAE teams for specific assigned accounts, and working directly with end customers on orders, IP/Tools licensing, and design related inquiries.
