Job Description

We are looking for experienced, people-focused sales agents who have a passion for supporting entrepreneurs. This is a high-volume sales position, where you’ll need to be an active listener to understand the customer’s needs and offer the appropriate solution in each situation. In doing so, you’ll be presenting our products and services, demonstrating both features and benefits that will lead to generating revenue.

Effectively close sales by connecting with current and prospective ZenBusiness customers to ensure they have everything they need to start, run, and grow their businesses by equipping them with ZenBusiness products and services through deep discovery, education, and personalized recommendations. The primary role will be to follow up with outbound calls to current and prospective customers to help move the sales forward. Assist customers by phone and email inquiries to help move the progress of the sale forward by using the ZenBusiness Sales Methodology. We expect you to make at least 60 outbound calls daily. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and staying compliant while providing great service. Update customer information within Salesforce and TalkDesk during and after each customer contact. Stay updated on product knowledge and take the initiative to expand industry knowledge. Maintain high-call quality standards at all times. Meet quarterly sales targets and individual goals.
