As a Senior Talent Attraction & Acquisition Specialist, your primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and securing top talent. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process, all while providing a positive candidate experience. Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending verbal and written offers. Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of recruitment needs, creating tailored strategies. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs, proactively identifying and engaging high-potential candidates for upcoming roles. Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience at every touchpoint of the recruitment journey, from initial engagement to final offer, promoting the companyβs commitment to a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive culture. Integrate automation and AI assistants into the recruitement process to improve efficiency. Integrate diversity and inclusion perspectives into recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse candidate pool that brings various perspectives and backgrounds to enrich our company's culture. Cultivate relationships with key educational institutions, attend career fairs, and represent the company at relevant industry events, serving as a passionate brand ambassador and connecting with emerging talent. Provide training and support to hiring managers and team members on the use of recruitment systems and best practices. Assist with special projects, events and initiatives related to talent acquisition and theΒ Culture and Talent team.
