What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of IT and enterprise endpoint management experience, including 2+ years at a senior or staff IC level.
- Strong scripting and IaC ability (Bash, Python, and Terraform).
- Deep working knowledge of enterprise security fundamentals.
What you can expect:
- Own the technical direction of Device Infrastructure Services.
- Drive the technical direction of a DevOps operating model for the fleet.
- Act as the final escalation point for high-severity endpoint incidents.
What success looks like:
- Establishing a clear 12-month roadmap for the transition to a GitOps-based operating model.
- Building device health metrics and remediation standards.
- Developing our AI-assisted operations strategy.
