Job Description

Lead the strategy and execution of Engine’s demand generation efforts, driving measurable impact on marketing-sourced and influenced revenue. Partner with sales. Collaborate closely with sales and enablement teams to design and run sales-driven, account-based campaigns that accelerate pipeline creation and conversion. Manage direct mail, sales communications, and ABM-specific channels, while working with internal and external partners across paid social, display, events, and web. Use data-driven insights and modern tools—including AI-powered platforms like Clay—to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and scale successful campaigns.

Develop hypotheses, test new tactics, and refine programs to improve conversion and efficiency metrics across the funnel. Work in partnership with marketing ops, brand, sales, enablement, and leadership to ensure full-funnel alignment and consistent messaging. Track both leading and lagging indicators—volume, efficiency, and conversion metrics—to inform strategy and ensure every program ties back to business impact.
