Corporate FP&A Analyst

About the Role:

• This is not just another FP&A role—it’s your opportunity to drive real change, influence business trajectory, and unlock growth and profitability.
• You will be the data and production backbone of the Corporate FP&A team, owning departmental financial reviews, payroll cost analysis, and data builds for standard financial reviews.
• You will work closely with the Corporate FP&A Lead and VP of Finance, building direct relationships with department heads and preparing for a senior role within 18–24 months.

Responsibilities:

• Build the data foundation for the CFO Financial Review Pack each month, ensuring clean, accurate data ahead of every close deadline.
• Own end-to-end financial review packs for a portfolio of departments, including data pulls, pack building, and preliminary commentary.
• Produce monthly payroll and non-payroll cost analyses, maintain the Cost Centre Budget Tracker, and prepare quarterly Product and Segment P&L.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or management accounting, with experience producing monthly management accounts.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, strong data accuracy instinct, and structured approach to multiple deliverables.
• SQL knowledge strongly preferred, and a desire to learn data science and AI capabilities for finance work.
