Senior Product Manager

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead Patient Experience / Outcomes at Rula—focused on making it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care. Day-to-day, you’ll dive deep into the patient journey, analyze data, and partner with researchers and clinicians to identify the biggest opportunities to improve care. You’ll lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure product enhancements that remove friction, deepen engagement, and drive better health outcomes. This role sits at the heart of our mission. The work you lead will directly impact thousands of patients by helping them access care more easily and stay in it long enough to see meaningful change.
