Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent all Sobi Canada products to generate and grow sales, achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Inspire the sales team to achieve commercial aspirations and leverage productivity metrics for goal attainment.
  • Develop and foster strong internal and external relationships, partnering with Head of Marketing for strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required, with an advanced scientific degree preferred, plus 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry sales.
  • 3+ years managing field-based pharmaceutical sales teams and proven track record in selling aspects and product launches.
  • Above-average proficiency with technology tools and excellent communication skills in English.
