Senior Product Manager (Ops Squad)

Context:

• Delivering exceptional experiences requires exceptional operations with critical processes and business expertise.
• The Ops Squad is responsible for tools, automations, and impact on KPIs like human time per booking and automation rate.

Responsibilities:

• Build the Ops product strategy by identifying high-potential problems and defining measurable outcomes.
• Understand user reality on the ground through observation and collaboration with BizOps.
• Design and validate solutions using AI, prototyping, and collective decision-making with developers.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Product Management experience with significant autonomy over a product.
• Experience with internal tools, B2B products, or complex operations.
• Autonomous in data analysis and prototyping, and regular use of AI.
