Job Description

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Account Executives and play an active role in driving pipeline, closing strategic deals, and shaping our revenue strategy. Reporting to the Head of Revenue, you’ll help build a scalable, metrics-driven sales engine that thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing a team of quota-carrying AEs. You will also generate outbound pipeline and support full-funnel enterprise sales. You will analyze call and deal performance using Gong.io to improve outcomes, collaborate with Marketing and Product to fine-tune messaging and GTM strategies. You should also track sales activity and forecast performance in Salesforce and HubSpot and own and close strategic enterprise deals. You will contribute to hiring, onboarding, and scaling a world-class sales team.
