Engineering Manager, Billing

As Engineering Manager, you will support and manage a group of high performing product engineers at Alma. On this established team, you will have a strong hand in defining Alma's features, services, and architecture. You will grow and develop an incredible team of hardworking, collaborative, and motivated engineers who have high expectations around individual ownership and impact. You will be the technical voice for your team, lead technical discussions with the engineering tech leads, set direction for the team, and anticipate scaling challenges via long-term planning. You will also partner with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to ensure your team is prioritizing and delivering value to Alma members. In addition, you will engage in the end-to-end recruiting process, hiring, and on-boarding engineering talent, and engage with the Product and Engineering team to help craft technical and product strategy.
