New Provider Success & Training Specialist

Role Overview:

• Ensure RN and MD reviewer teams have the tools, training, and resources to manage queues effectively across all lines of business.
• Develop expert-level understanding of workflows, client customizations, and queue management processes.

What You'll Do:

• Support delivery of best-in-class live and digital training focused on queue management workflows.
• Build and maintain training toolkits and LMS content for scalability and consistency.
• Continuously review and iterate training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in a client-facing role with 2+ years designing and delivering training.
• Background in instructional design, content writing, or training development; healthcare tech experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of queue management concepts and ability to document complex workflows.
