Senior Interaction Designer

Role Overview:

• Lead the interaction design for a high-stakes public sector programme through GDS Beta Assessment.
• Work remotely or hybrid, depending on your location, with eligibility for UK Security Clearance and NPPV3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make informed design decisions and shape outcomes for services with meaningful societal impact.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
• Clearly articulate design insights and have confident conversations with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience in Interaction Design within GDS projects, ideally at Beta stage.
• Demonstrable experience with Figma and AI design tools like Figma Make.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance and NPPV3 is essential.
