System Administration & Maintenance:
- Manage Blueprint back end: user access, permissions, data feeds, and integration checks.
- Perform QA and UAT testing for new features, bug fixes, and platform updates.
- Intake and process class theme requests according to music policy.
Training, Support & Compliance:
- Serve as first contact for Area Manager Blueprint issues and own the team inbox.
- Support creation of training materials, release communications, and office hours.
- Monitor brand standards, deadlines, and compliance across all studio locations.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years experience in fitness, studio operations, or coordinator roles.
- Proficiency in G-Suite (especially Google Sheets) and familiarity with scheduling systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment.
