Who You Are:
- Minimum 2-4 years of operations, coordination, or support experience in a fast-paced startup.
- Excellent attention to detail, catching misconfigurations, duplicate records, and typos.
- Self-motivated, comfortable executing defined workflows independently, and knowing when to ask for input.
What You’ll Do:
- Own communication channels with global financial planners, ensure timely responses, and escalate urgent issues.
- Plan and send regular newsletters to global financial experts with key updates and quarterly goals.
- Monitor scheduled calls for disruptions, resolve urgent issues quickly to protect member experience.
