Job Description
Cultivate an exceptional member experience by exceeding your member’s expectations through calls, emails, webinars, on-sites and regional events. Craft appropriate member strategies to build relationships at all levels and across Parchment’s functions. Effectively communicate through dynamic presentations, delivering key results and difficult messages.
Demonstrate mastery of Parchment’s products and services, their capabilities and how they solve member business problems. Manage all renewal and expansion opportunities for 100 -500 accounts. To include timely renewal of existing members and expanding their value through price increases and lead generation. Work cross-functionally, represent Parchment products accurately, quote/negotiate/close contracts, forecast accurately, and execute strategic customer engagement plans. Meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
