Azure Virtual Desktop (part-time) (R-00201)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop and Nerdio Manager for Enterprise, including platform health, automation jobs, autoscaling, and host pools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AVD/Nerdio issues, maintain golden images, and optimize Intune configuration profiles.
• Support endpoint lifecycle with Tanium and CrowdStrike Falcon, develop SOPs, and participate in incident resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications in Nerdio, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, or Tanium are preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing skills in enterprise or public-sector environments.
