Role Overview:
- This position leads the Regulatory legal function for a leading health and wellness platform.
- Reports to the VP, Legal, Legislative and Regulatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complex legal matters related to digitally-native care delivery, pharmacy operations, and lab services.
- Provide strategic legal advice to executives and senior leaders on regulatory risks and opportunities.
- Mentor and build a high-performing legal team.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience at a law firm and in-house with deep healthcare regulatory knowledge.
- Experience with telehealth, health tech, and pharmacy law strongly desired.
- Proven track record of building and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
