About the Role:
- This is a chance to take on outsized responsibility and shape how legal operates at an early-stage, high-growth healthcare company.
- You'll partner closely with the General Counsel to navigate the complex regulatory landscape of value-based care.
- Build the legal infrastructure to support Pearl's fast-growing partnerships with providers and health systems.
What You'll Do:
- Stay current on relevant U.S. and international laws and advise the business on strategy and compliance.
- Draft policies, disclosures, and processes to support ongoing compliance.
- Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines to support business objectives.
What You'll Bring:
- At least 7 years of healthcare legal experience with a J.D. and admission in good standing.
- Excellent legal judgment and ability to translate complex topics for non-lawyers.
- A team player with intellectual curiosity, growth mindset, and eagerness to learn.
