Role Overview:
- Serve as a senior legal leader and trusted advisor to the General Counsel and executive leadership.
- Provide broad legal guidance across litigation, regulatory, compliance, employment, and policy matters.
- Support RUM Group’s cloud, AI, and video infrastructure businesses with strategic risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage litigation, claims, disputes, and pre-litigation matters, including outside counsel oversight.
- Design and monitor legal and compliance policies, controls, and training programs.
- Coordinate with international legal experts on cross-border transactions and regulatory approvals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership.
- 15+ years of legal experience with strong background in litigation and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a dynamic environment.
