Job Description
This role is focused on providing software support for Student Information Systems used in schools. It involves resolving software issues and ensuring a positive experience for clients. The candidate should thrive on solving problems creatively. As an Education Support Coordinator, you'll deliver support, manage requests, troubleshoot software issues, and collaborate with other teams to resolve complex challenges.
Key responsibilities include learning CICβs products (Infinite Campus and Tableau) and acting as a Support Resource for CICβs Customer Help Desk system. You will resolve an average of 10 β 15 Support Calls per day, ensuring that customer support calls are handled promptly and that less than 10% of total calls are escalated to external resources. After hours support calls may be necessary.
