What You'll Do:
- Oversee customer onboarding and screening, owning due diligence on businesses and individuals.
- Build out transaction monitoring setup and improve standard operating procedures.
- Drive process optimization and automation with product and engineering teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of KYC/onboarding operations experience at a fintech or insurtech.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to spot red flags.
- Builder mindset with data skills and clear communication.
