Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide firmware support by collaborating with development teams to utilize hardware features and resolve electronic issues with firmware solutions.
  • Work with manufacturing teams to quickly address electronic issues impacting yield, quality, or shipments, developing monitoring tools for failure trends.
  • Collaborate with FAE and WWFA teams to support customer qualifications and satisfaction through data mining and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, with experience in failure modes and system-level debugging tools.
  • Proficient in hardware debug using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and similar tools, with knowledge of high-speed signal guidelines and C++ programming.
  • Strong problem-solving skills using methodologies like A3 and 8D, along with the ability to develop and maintain test scripts in TCL and Python.
