Responsibilities:
- Architect systems for performance, reliability, and scalability, and build/iterate over CI/CD pipelines.
- Assist with management, development, design, and deployment of microservice and containerized applications.
- Implement strong security controls and coordinate with engineers to automate deployments and configurations.
- Abstract observability complexity through scalable automation and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years’ experience, Master’s with 6, or PhD with 2 years’ experience.
- Knowledge of Cloud Platform administration (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with Observability pillars.
- Experience in high-scale environments, Agile/DevOps methodologies, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with running docker workloads using orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Amazon ECS.
Additional Information:
- The position is remote within the U.S. and may require 10% travel.
- Compensation range is USD 109,500 - USD 208,500 yearly, with a comprehensive benefits package.
