AP & AR Associate

Responsibilities:

• Manage the AR mailbox, ensuring all inquiries receive a response within one hour, generate and distribute customer invoices, and record daily incoming wires.
• Review and post FET bills in NetSuite, accurately apply customer payments to invoices, and distribute AR Aging statements to brokers for timely payments.
• Complete month-end tasks and support internal/external audits, while assisting with special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in accounts payable, receivable, or an accounting-related function, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Oracle/NetSuite and Concur is a plus, along with aviation industry or multinational company experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented and organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The hourly compensation for this role ranges from $20.72 to $24.38, with eligibility for a 6% discretionary annual incentive program.
