Product Lead Counsel Global Legal & Compliance

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as Binance's global product legal lead, providing regulatory and legal guidance across the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch to ongoing operations.
• Advise product teams on regulatory implications of new features, product enhancements, and market expansions across jurisdictions, and lead the assessment and mitigation of regulatory risks.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction with 10+ years of experience in regulatory legal roles, preferably in-house at a technology, financial services, or cryptocurrency company.
• Deep knowledge of global financial product regulation, including spot and derivatives trading, payment systems, and digital assets, with a proven track record of working embedded with product and engineering teams.
