Job Duties:

  • Serve as a technical resource, providing solutions and elite customer service to cinema operators using proprietary software.
  • Remotely connect to customer PCs for training, software installation, configuration adjustments, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Resolve technical issues including tablet configurations, Windows printing, receipt printing, Bluetooth pairing, and IP conflicts.
  • Consult on best practices to maximize revenue and improve business efficiency, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Windows & Office, plus an introductory understanding of networking, TCP/IP, and LAN.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies, with high energy, patience, and an engaging personality.
  • Experience may include a technical help desk background, education in IT/Computer Science, or technical certifications.

Additional Information:

  • This is a fully remote position with a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight PT.
  • Position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, and tuition reimbursement.
