Responsibilities:
- Support product sales as a technical domain expert for a client-facing team and answer technical questions from customers and partners.
- Provide feedback to product management about enhancements and stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience with cloud software solutions like ServiceNow.
- Experience in leveraging AI for work processes and integration, along with territory management and pipeline building skills.
- Must be based in the Greater Ottawa area and willing to travel.
