Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for improving the overall quality and completeness of clinical documentation in medical records.
- Interacts with physicians and healthcare team to achieve accurate clinical documentation reflective of patient care.
- Provides ongoing education on clinical documentation issues to all healthcare team members.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate of Science in Nursing with Bachelor's in comparable field, or Associate's with two years in JA Thomas CDI program.
- Current RN license in Georgia with minimum 4 years acute care nursing experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with diverse healthcare personnel.
Schedule Details:
- Full-time position with day shift hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- No weekend requirements and no on-call requirements for this role.
