About the role:
- Provide technical support and solutions expertise across customer deployments and escalations.
- Diagnose issues across BMS, HVAC controls, networking, and connected devices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve technical support cases through an external queue.
- Troubleshoot BACnet integrations and IP networking issues.
- Support pre-sales, customer success, and deployment teams.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years hands-on experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or building automation.
- Strong understanding of BACnet and practical IP networking knowledge.
- Experience managing external support queues and communicating clearly.
