Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

The ideal candidate will architect enterprise CRM solutions with a focus on transitioning from legacy systems, such as Siebel, to Dynamics 365, and integrating with modern contact center platforms. Responsibilities include leading architecture, technical design, migration from legacy CRM platforms, supporting integrations, defining data migration strategy, and ensuring secure, compliant solution delivery. The candidate will also collaborate with stakeholders, provide architectural governance, and support agile delivery methodologies. 5-7 years of experience is required, and prior experience is required.
