Strategic Relationship Management:
- Serve as primary executive point of contact for a portfolio of large national self-funded employer clients.
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across client organizations including C-suite and VP-level leaders.
- Identify opportunities to expand and deepen each client relationship.
Executive Account Leadership & Renewals:
- Lead end-to-end renewal strategy and design executive-level presentations.
- Proactively identify retention risks and act as strategic consultant for plan design changes.
- Represent client success experience in finalist presentations and sales pursuits.
Customer Service & Operational Oversight:
- Orchestrate seamless service experience coordinating internal teams and vendor ecosystem.
- Establish clear operating rhythms and escalation protocols.
- Oversee resolution of high-stakes client issues.
Data, Reporting & Insights:
- Drive data-informed account management using plan analytics and benchmarking.
- Oversee preparation of customized performance reporting for national accounts.
- Monitor emerging data signals and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
