Job Description

The Customer Solution Partner (CSP) is a pivotal role where you will collaborate with Sales to articulate Coupa’s approach, methodology, and scope for delivery projects, emphasizing early value delivery. In this strategic position, you will collaborate closely with partners, challenging and shaping proposal estimates and plans. You will assemble Coupa's part in proposals, encompassing scoping, estimating, and costing. As a CSP you will identify & qualify new service opportunities in close collaboration with Account Managers and Sales, develop scalable, value-driven solutions that address key client pain points, engage actively in sales cycles , from pipeline building through to closing Coupa service deals, design, estimate, and scope engagements either directly or via partners aligned to client needs and provide continuous feedback to the Solution Delivery Team to refine and customize service offerings.
