Flock Safety is seeking a Customer Success Manager to deliver value and an exceptional experience to its largest and most strategic customers. This remote role requires travel to visit customers in person a few times a quarter in the northeast. Key responsibilities include increasing Net Revenue Retention, ensuring product understanding and adoption, building relationships, driving growth, and communicating customer feedback internally. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment, and possesses strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills. The first 90 days involve onboarding, learning the product and processes, and taking on a full book of business. Beyond 90 days, the CSM will manage their territory, escalate customer feedback, and navigate complex issues to improve customer sentiment and experience.
