HappyCo is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to focus on scaling growth within the multifamily and property maintenance technology sector. This role involves owning and expanding a designated territory of mid-market to enterprise PMC accounts. Responsibilities include leading discovery, demonstration, and proposal processes with operators, asset managers, and tech buyers, as well as managing a comprehensive sales funnel utilizing SPIN Selling techniques and data-driven presentations.
Key activities involve building a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, participating in field events, and leveraging channel referrals. The role also requires partnering with Sales Engineers and Marketing to deliver value-based selling strategies. Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and HubSpot is essential for forecasting, tracking, and iterating sales strategies. A significant aspect of the role is driving the adoption of AI-first tools and workflows aimed at transforming how multifamily teams operate.
