- Manage the Direct Bill team, providing guidance and coaching.
- Oversee offshore team collaboration.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with staff.
Escalation Handling & Relationship Management:
- Act as the point of escalation for complex direct bill issues.
- Establish strong relationships with carriers, brokers, and branch offices.
- Coordinate with banking teams to manage cash receipts and payments.
Process Ownership & Improvement:
- Own the health and maintenance of the Direct Bill subledger.
- Review and implement process improvements.
- Oversee carrier/broker login credentials and banking information.
