Job Description

This role involves leading and refining Primer's APAC sales strategy. The candidate will be overseeing revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition across APAC. Responsibilities include managing a team of Business Development Managers, leading strategically, and serving as the regional lead for APAC, building cross-functional culture and fostering collaboration. This person will also identify and cultivate strategic relationships to open doors to high-impact enterprise opportunities and leverage analytical skills to understand customer pain points. Collaboration with product, engineering, partnerships, and marketing teams is essential to optimize positioning and improve customer onboarding. A culture of excellence and constant drive is expected.
