Recruiter

Role Overview:

• You will support high-volume recruiting operations with a focus on improving candidate processing speed for late-week and after-hours applicants.
• This role maintains recruiting momentum and enhances candidate experience, ensuring timely movement through the hiring pipeline.
• You will work Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM ET to capture applicant activity outside traditional business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high volumes of applicants, with emphasis on late-week and after-hours submissions.
• Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks based on minimum role criteria.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple hiring teams, aiming for scheduling within one business day whenever possible.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote role in a high-production, metric-driven recruiting environment.
• Collaborative team structure supporting multiple hiring functions.
• You will work independently with minimal supervision, using SmartRecruiters and other tools.
