PACS Technical Implementation Specialist I

Provide technical and workflow implementation services for Radiology Healthcare IT solutions. The role requires technical services like system integration, configuration, workflow analysis, testing, troubleshooting and system go-live support. As a key customer-facing representative, ensure that Intelerad solutions are configured, tested, and operational to meet client needs and align with best practices. Collaborate with clients to assess needs, design PACS HL7 workflows, and define configurations that align with clinical and operational goals. Provide remote system administration, integrations, deployments and upgrades. Deliver training to end users and administrators and create supporting materials to facilitate successful adoption of new workflows and features. Participate in technical discussions and provide regular status updates with customers and third-party vendors.
