Manager of Talent Acquisition

Role Overview:

• Own the global recruitment function as a player-coach, setting and upholding a high talent bar while personally closing roles.
• Manage recruiting performance like a revenue organization, with ramp expectations, activity targets, and pipeline coverage ratios.

What You'll Do:

• Build data-driven management systems to monitor pipeline health, diagnose breakdowns, and trigger tactical interventions.
• Own recruitment forecasting and partner with People, Finance, and business leaders to proactively adjust hiring plans.
• Drive AI-first experimentation and special projects to mature the recruitment function, including assessments, employer branding, and vendor management.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in talent acquisition with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
• Demonstrated excellence as a full-cycle recruiter in SaaS and experience driving recruiting systems like Greenhouse.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders, coach a team, and build scalable, high-integrity recruiting processes.
