Role Responsibilities:
- Acts as a trusted advisor to drive business results through consultative selling and pursues new survey business from existing and potential clients.
- Leads the development of captivating proposals, including upselling options that address client needs.
- Manages multiple clients and their respective survey projects concurrently on deadline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required with 4-5 years’ experience in survey research, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong understanding of quantitative survey research principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Anticipated base compensation range of $83,700 - $90,000, with eligibility for sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
