Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute notary scheduling workflows and manage order updates using Snapdocs' platform.
  • Resolve operational issues and meet individual SLA, quality, and productivity targets consistently.
  • Support shift leads with reporting and contribute to team knowledge through documentation.

Required Skills:

  • 1–3 years in operations, scheduling, or customer support with strong organizational skills.
  • Professional communication skills and comfort with tools like Zendesk and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in mortgage or notary operations is a strong advantage.

AI Proficiency Standard:

  • Actively use AI tools as a core part of the daily workflow to accelerate productivity.
  • Understand and apply AI developments relevant to the role and identify new applications.
  • Stay current on AI to create leverage for the team and function.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly rate from $22 to $25 based on geographic location, with potential for equity.
