Director of Strategic Partnerships

As Director of Strategic Partnerships, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Inspiren’s next phase of growth. You will help define the company’s strategic initiatives and identify high-impact partnerships that enhance value for our senior living community customers. You’ll work across the senior living landscape — including operators, capital partners, clinical organizations, and technology vendors — to uncover synergies and co-develop scalable, differentiated solutions. You will help identify how Inspiren can make the greatest impact within senior living communities and evolve our ecosystem strategy accordingly. Source and assess potential partnerships across senior living operators, service providers, technology vendors, and capital partners. Understand customer pain points and identify where partnerships can supercharge value delivery.
