Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept FSBI Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our core finance systems. This is a hands-on role that requires someone with a “sleeves rolled up” mentality —ready to work directly with people, processes, and systems. The ideal candidate will possess an innate curiosity and a drive to thoroughly examine how our systems operate, identify inefficiencies, and develop scalable solutions. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Sales Ops, RevOps, and IT teams to ensure the integrity, automation, and scalability of financial data and reporting infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities include strategic systems leadership to evaluate and implement AI-powered tools, data alignment and integration to maintain reconciliation frameworks, process optimization and automation to improve financial close processes, cross-functional collaboration, and system administration & governance to ensure systems adhere to data governance. This role plays a key part in accelerating decision-making by leveraging modern AI tools.
